Analytics support for agencies · New Zealand

An analytics specialist alongside your agency

Add experienced measurement support while keeping a clear client relationship.

When a client needs tracking, an audit or reporting expertise, you do not always need a permanent analytics hire. I work with agency teams on defined projects and ongoing support, from scoping the problem through to implementation, validation and explanation.

Scope & deliverables

What you receive.

Digital, creative, development and media agencies that need senior measurement support for their clients.

  • Scoping and diagnosis

A practical assessment of the measurement problem and the work needed.

  • Technical collaboration

GA4/GTM configuration, developer briefs, selected journey testing and documented findings.

  • Client-ready explanation

Reports and recommendations your team can use in the client conversation.

  • A clear working arrangement

Agreement on scope, communication, client contact, deliverables and capacity before starting.

  • Continuity through documentation

A record of definitions, configuration, tests and dependencies for the next person working on the account.

White-label, joint delivery and ongoing capacity are options to agree, rather than assumptions. Availability, response expectations and additional work are confirmed for each arrangement.

Why it matters

Specialist judgement your team can use

You work directly with me. I can contribute behind the scenes or alongside your team, depending on the arrangement. The aim is dependable measurement delivery and a clear handover, with your agency retaining the agreed commercial lead.

Working together

How the work proceeds.

  1. Brief the engagement

We establish the client problem, deliverables, working relationships and access.

  2. Deliver within your workflow

I work with the relevant account, development and marketing people on the agreed scope.

  3. Explain and hand over

Your team receives the evidence, implementation notes and a clear view of the next decisions.

Anonymised work example

An example from practice.

A recent agency assignment involved new practitioner-portal events, developer coordination, GTM configuration and staging checks in GA4. The work was documented at the point of validation, with the later production release left to the agency.

Useful questions

Before we start.

Can you work under our agency brand?

A behind-the-scenes or white-label arrangement can be agreed. We confirm how communication, attribution of work and client contact should operate before the engagement starts.

Can we bring you into a client meeting?

Yes, where it helps define the problem or explain the findings. We agree the role and communication approach with your team.

Do you provide one-off and ongoing support?

Both are possible. A project has a defined scope; ongoing work needs agreed capacity, priorities and deliverables.

Will you take over campaign management?

The core offer is measurement, analytics and reporting. Campaign delivery and wider agency responsibilities stay with the people you appoint.
